Picking up your order:
How will I know when I should pick up my order?
You will receive a notification email when it is ready. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours after they are placed online.
If you want to receive a text alert when your order is ready for pick up, you can add your mobile number in the Pickup Option section during checkout.
Note: If you place an order after 4PM (local time), it may not be ready until the following day. If you need your order sooner than 2 hours, please call the store at 207-573-1590 immediately after placing your order and we will ensure it is processed ASAP. Otherwise, you will receive a notification email when your order is ready for free store pickup. Check your notification email for store hours.
What do I need to pick up my order?
You will need your order confirmation email or the pick up notification email.
If you are unable to print either email, the Associate can view it on your mobile device.
How long will my order be held at the store?
Your order will be held at the store for three (3) calendar days from your selected pickup date. We will send you a reminder email 24 hours before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to our sales floor.
If you need additional time to pick up your order, please contact the store directly to work out a new pick up date.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If your order is not picked up within 3 days following your selected pick up date, it will be cancelled and the merchandise will be returned to our sales floor.
