Bitch Blend: To help with PMS, hot flashes, menopausal issues, and overall general bitchiness...WHO ME? :) Yes you. LOL Bitch Blend contains the two oils considered to be the best for those issues: Rose Geranium and Clary Sage. Then Frankie & Myrrh added Lavender, Bergamot, and Frankincense, which all have a calming effect. Diffuse and breathe in the aroma as you are using it. Add to water and use it as a deodorant spray under clothing and as a body mist after a shower. With a spritz or two it really helps freshen you up without being overpowering like synthetic perfumes/body sprays. Works great as a room freshener, car freshener, or linen spray. Carry in your purse as a hand-sanitizer. Even helps to repel insects. Spray near co-workers, friends, and relatives as needed. haha You know you were thinking it before we said it! Spray it into the air and let them soak it in. Ingredients: Essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot, Geranium, Clary Sage and Frankincense.

Eucalyptus: This organic eucalyptus has that cooling zing you want. Add several drops to my morning shower for an awakening experience. I plug my tub, turn on a hot shower, add the eucalyptus, and get what I call the poor woman's spa experience. I get out of the shower clean and clear with cool, fresh feet! Eucalyptus is the perfect oil to diffuse or blend with other oils for an awakening, deodorizing effect. Perfect for the holidays or any time of the year. Use it in a diffuser and breathe in the aroma or simply open the bottle and waft it under your nose. Add to bath, foot soak, steamer, or bowl of hot water for sinus-clearing effect.

Get the Junk Out My Trunk: Get The Junk Out My Trunk is inspired by the grapefruit diets of the 1970s. I've had many customers recount losing weight with those diets, but eating nothing but grapefruit and protein for extended periods was an unhealthy/bitter experience for many women. Get The Junk Out My Trunk uses Pink Grapefruit essential oil. Grapefruit helps remove toxins and excess water. By using a spray form, but you get some of the detoxifying effect by using the oil. Get the Junk Out My Trunk blend also has subtleties of fennel and cypress. Fennel is also helpful in removing toxins and excess water. A touch of Cypress is added for its drying and deodorizing properties. Pink Grapefruit is one of the best mood-lifting oils. Citrus is amazing in that it wakes you up and calms you down simultaneously. We often suggest it for daytime stress. Daytime is very often when most of your stress hits you, and you don't want to be sedated at 11 a.m. In the evening people unwind with lavender, whisky, wine, weed, or other sedating things - and that's good for after work - but we suggest you hit the citrus during the day.  Be sure to breathe in aroma. Do not ingest this product. ****Do not use this product if you are taking medications that interact with grapefruit. Ingredients: Essential oils of Pink Grapefruit, Cypress, and Fennel.

Road Rage Reducer: Designed as a calming car freshener, this blend smells like sweet Christmas morning. Imagine yourself in a sweet forest, calm and relaxed. If you're stuck in traffic, it may as well smell good. The #1 selling car freshener is pine, but we like Balsam Fir & Canadian Black Spruce much better. Soft and fragrant, Balsam is considered to be the Cadillac of Christmas Trees. Black Spruce is the most crisp, clean evergreen tree smell there is. We added a little Lavender and Orange to sweeten it even a bit more. Lavender and Orange essential oils are both diffused in hospitals to keep patients calm. Balsam Fir & Black Spruce, with their sweet, light evergreen aromas are very grounding. This aroma will take you away from your angry place and transition you to the tranquility you need behind the wheel. Be sure to breathe in the aroma. Diffuse the blend in your car diffuser!
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Alcohol, Essential Oils of Balsam Fir, Orange, Lavender, and Black Spruce.

Tea Tree: Tea Tree Oil should be in every medicine cabinet. In fact, it was considered so valuable to the Australian war effort during WWII that people employed in the production of Tea Tree Oil were exempt from the draft. Its woody medicinal smell means relief from some of life's most pesky issues: acne, toenail fungus, athlete's foot, dandruff, lice, scrapes, and rashes. Add it to Eucalyptus for a blend to help with sinus issues. Use it in a diffuser and breathe in the aroma or simply open the bottle and waft it under your nose. Place a few drops in a steamy bath for a relaxing experience. Use a drop or two in a blend with your moisturizer/shampoo/ conditioner to help nurture your skin and hair.

Lemon: Lemon is a top oil. It is awakening, deodorizing and smells squeaky clean. Diffuse it when you're cleaning or in the office. Add it to alcohol to make a wicked strong antibacterial cleaner/room freshener. Use it in a diffuser and breathe in the aroma or simply open the bottle and waft it under your nose. Place a few drops in a steamy bath for the ultimate relaxing/awakening experience.  Food grade/organic. Botanical Name: Citrus Limon. Country of Origin: Italy.

Cinnamon: This oil is derived from the leaf, meaning it is less likely to cause skin reactions. Always properly dilute cinnamon before contact with skin. Spicy and invigorating, Cinnamon is the perfect oil to diffuse or blend with other oils for an awakening, deodorizing effect. Perfect for the holidays or any time of the year. Use it in a diffuser and breathe in the aroma or simply open the bottle and waft it under your nose. Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil - Organic Food Grade Oil. Botanical Name: Cinnamomum Zeylanicum. Country of Origin : Madagascar.

Spearmint: Love chewing gum? You'll love Spearmint essential oil. It is a richer mint than Peppermint. Blend the two oils in a diffuser when you need increased focus, memory, and attention span. We also love using spearmint for its icy hot tingle in muscle rubs. mmmmm. Spearmint Essential Oil - Organic/Food Grade Oil. Botanical Name: Mentha Spicata. Country of Origin: USA.

Lavender: The Pacific Northwest of the USA produces some of the finest lavenders. This batch is the most well balanced, beautiful American lavender. It has the sweet floral lightness that standardized lavender used in the perfume industry has, while maintaining earthy undertones found in richer lavender strains. When in doubt, use lavender! Lavender is an herb. The flower and the oil of lavender are used to make medicine. Lavender is used for restlessness, insomnia, nervousness, and depression. It is also used for a variety of digestive complaints including meteorism (abdominal swelling from gas in the intestinal or peritoneal cavity), loss of appetite, vomiting, nausea, intestinal gas (flatulence), and upset stomach. Some people use lavender for painful conditions, including migraine headaches, toothaches, sprains, nerve pain, sores, and joint pain. About Frankie and Myrrh: Kim's venture into aromatherapy started as a stressed-beyond-belief social worker in Oakland, CA. Looking for an alternative to readily-available coping methods like Valium or whiskey, she decided to try aromatherapy on the suggestion of a nurse/friend. Several college classes later, including a bitter struggle with organic chemistry, she started making what she thinks are the greatest blends of all-time blends.
