About Urban Cheesecraft: Claudia started her business in 2009 with hopes of saving just a little extra cash to apply to her student loans. She worked full time at the Rock n Roll Camp for Girls as she made cheese kits in the evenings and weekends. It got crazy when the wholesale orders came in and she had to deliver to shops at 9pm!

Guess what though? Three years later, she paid off ALL of her student loans with the help of awesome customers and Etsy! Today, she is debt free and, thanks to her growing cheese kit business, is doing what she loves!
